Why Do I Not See the Popup on my Site?

If you test the popup more than once, be sure to open it in an Incognito Window in your Chrome browser (New Incognito Window). 

The reason being is that, as a customer, once you see the popup once and dismiss it, you don't see it again for a while (so customers would not be constantly interrupted). 

But for the purpose of your testing, if you open a new Incognito Window, that bypasses the cookies so you still get the popup.
